The sale of Friendship Manor to an immediate family member of the Executive Director of SHARP was being looked into was along with her possible partial financing of the purchase. While it is of concern that another low income property was subsequently sold, who the purchasers are is not so disturbing (as they are not relatives), and Mrs. Todd was no longer Executive Director of SHARP when this sale took place.
